Studio sessions incorporates specialised resistance Pilates apparatus which is custom made and imported from the States to bring you the ultimate in your Pilates experience. The Reformer, Cadillac and the Wunda Chair feature a system of springs and pulleys which creates resistance to allow and encourage the muscles of the back, hips and shoulders, arms and legs to work effectively. This allows for dynamic and an adaptable range of exercises to be customised to suit everyone from clients in the stages of rehabilitation to elite athletes wanting to improve their form.
All Sessions are 1hour. Private sessions offer 1:1 teaching. Semi-private is a session with 2 clients in the studio at the same time but with each client doing their own programme.

What to wear
Wear clothing that you can move comfortably in. Tights, sweatpants, shorts, tank top or anything that is stretchy. Exercise is done with socks or bare feet

Getting Started
An Initial Private Session is the best way to establish the fundamentals that you need to get the results you want. This session will include a postural assessment to evaluate your goals and to create a programme specifically for you. It can take a few weeks to start to feel the benefits Once your body is feeling the benefits it is extremely valuable to continue at least once a week. Bring it with so that we go through it and together agree on your aims and objectives.
